The Colts reinforced their receiving core by drafting Texas wide receiver Adonai Mitchell and Oregon State wide receiver Anthony Gould. The Colts also boosted their defense by drafting UCLA edge Laiatu Latu who has accumulated 27 sacks since 2022. The Colts further added to their defense by drafting depth pieces in Missouri safety Jaylon Carlies, Auburn safety Jaylin Simpson, Marshall cornerback Micah Abraham, and Oklahoma defensive tackle Jonah Laulu.
