I. PREFACE

This Copyright Enforcement – Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy (“DMCA Policy”) applies to all of NMJ Enterprises,™ LLC d/b/a SportsLifeMoney.com,™ LLC’s (hereinafter, “SLM,” "Company," “Us,” or “We”) websites (www.sportslifemoney.com, www.sportslifemoney.net, www.sportslifemoney.info, www.sportslifemoney.us, www.sportslifemoney.co, www.sportslifemoney.life, www.sportslifemoney.social, www.sportslifemoney.blog, www.sportslifemoney.app, www.sportlifemoney.com, www.sportslife.money, www.thesportslifemoney.com, www.sportslifemoney.site, www.sportslivemoney.info, www.sportlivemoney.com, www.sportlifemoney.info, www.sportslifemoney.cloud, www.sportslifemoney.org, www.sportlifemoney.store, www.sportslivemoney.com, www.sports-life-money.com, www.sportslivemoney.store, www.sportslivemoney.org, www.sportslifemoney.shop, www.sportslifemoney.store, www.sportslifemoney.online, www.sportslifemoney.world, www.sportslifemoney.pro, www.sportsmoneylife.com, www.sportslifemoney.live, and www.sports-life-money.info), podcasts, YouTube videos, other video-sharing platforms, social media accounts, e-commerce stores, and any and all other SLM online platforms (collectively, “SLM’s Platforms”) and is hereby fully incorporated into SLM’s Privacy Policy/Privacy Notice (hereinafter, “Privacy Policy” or “Privacy Notice”), Terms & Conditions, Cookie Policy, Affiliate Marketing Notice, and other SLM Platform legally binding agreements.

 SLM respects domestic and international intellectual property laws and the intellectual property rights of others. SLM also expects its users (in any form and on any of its SLM Platforms) to abide by these same standards and to expressly follow and act in accordance with any and all applicable domestic and international intellectual property laws and the intellectual property rights of others. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”), the text of which is available on the U.S. Copyright Office’s website, may be accessed here https://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf.

 SLM will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed on any of SLM’s Platforms if such claims are reported to SLM's Designated Copyright Agent in accordance with the DMCA Complaint Notice Procedures set forth below. SLM treats valid DMCA take-down notices extremely seriously and processes these notices as soon as possible even during public holidays and weekends when possible.

II. INTRODUCTION

SLM’s DMCA Policy is intended to implement the procedures set forth in 17 U.S.C. Section 512 of the DMCA for the reporting of alleged copyright infringement. SLM’s DMCA Policy is designed to respect the legitimate rights of copyright owners, their agents, and representatives. Users of any part of SLM’s computing system are required to respect the legal protections provided by applicable domestic and international copyright law.

This email address may only be used for copyright infringement claims and other expressly indicated purposes within SLM’s Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, and other legally binding SLM legal agreements – please note, you will not receive a reply if the matter is not a copyright issue or pertaining to any of the other express reasons set forth within SLM’s Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, or other legally binding SLM legal agreements. After receiving a proper DMCA Notice claiming infringement, SLM will follow the respective procedures outlined herein and in the DMCA.

Please note, that due to valid security concerns, EMAIL ATTACHMENTS CANNOT BE ACCEPTED. Accordingly, any notification of infringement submitted electronically via email with an attachment will NOT be received or processed. Please submit your DMCA Notices electronically via email WITHOUT ANY ATTACHMENTS. We take the security of our users very seriously and must take these security precautions to best ensure their security when visiting our Website(s) and other SLM Platforms.

IV. COPYRIGHT OWNERS: PLEASE FOLLOW THESE DMCA COMPLAINT NOTICE PROCEDURES:

The following elements must be included in your DMCA Notice’s copyright infringement claim:

· An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

· Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or if multiple copyrighted works from a single online site are covered by a single notice, then a representative list of such works from that SLM Platform.

· Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit SLM to locate the material.

· Information reasonably sufficient to permit SLM to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and email address at which the complaining party may be contacted.

· A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

· A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

· Failure to include all of the above information may result in a delay of the processing of the DMCA Notice complaint.

V. NOTICE AND TAKEDOWN PROCEDURE

It is expected that all users in any form and on any SLM Platform or on any part of the SLM’s systems or networks will comply with any and all applicable domestic and international copyright laws. However, if SLM receives proper notification of claimed copyright infringement, SLM will respond expeditiously by removing or disabling access to the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity provided all such claims have been investigated and determined to be valid by SLM in SLM's sole and absolute discretion. SLM will comply with the appropriate provisions of the DMCA in the event a counter notification is received.

Please allow at least three (3) business days for the processing of any complaint or counter-notification. Please note, that emailing your DMCA Notice complaint to other parties such as SLM’s Internet Service Provider will not expedite your request and may result in a delayed response due to the DMCA Notice complaint not being filed properly.

VI. REPEAT INFRINGERS

In appropriate circumstances subject to SLM’s sole and absolute discretion, SLM may in its sole and absolute discretion, terminate authorization for any user(s) of SLM’s Platform’s systems or networks who has been found to be a repeat infringer and/or poses a serious threat to the integrity of intellectual property right protection on any of SLM’s Platforms.

VII. ACCOMMODATION OF STANDARD TECHNICAL MEASURES

It is SLM policy to accommodate and not interfere with standard technical measures SLM determines are reasonable under the circumstances, (i.e., technical measures that are used by copyright owners to identify or protect copyrighted works).

VIII. PUBLICATION TO LUMEN & SHARED DMCA NOTICE POLICY

Please note, that a copy of each legal notice SLM receives may be sent to the Lumen Project (“Lumen”) (https://www.lumendatabase.org) for publication and annotation. Lumen will redact the submitter's personal contact information (i.e., phone number, e-mail address, and address). You can view an example of such a publication at https://www.lumendatabase.org/notices/5838. At SLM’s sole and absolute discretion, SLM may decide to also send your original DMCA Notice complaint or other legal notice or legal complaint directly to the alleged infringer. At SLM’s sole and absolute discretion, if SLM has reason to suspect the validity of your DMCA Notice complaint or other legal notice or legal complaint, then SLM may also send your original DMCA Notice complaint or legal notice or legal complaint directly to the copyright owner or relevant intellectual property owner. At SLM’s sole and absolute discretion, SLM may also publish similar information from your DMCA Notice or legal notice or legal complaint to future SLM transparency reports. Finally, SLM may at its sole and absolute discretion, share your DMCA Notice or other legal notice or legal complaint with SLM’s legal representatives and/or domestic or international legal authorities and/or with any court, administrative legal body, or alternative dispute resolution body that would otherwise legally warrant access to said DMCA Notice or other legal notice or legal complaint pursuant to any applicable domestic or international laws, court proceedings, administrative legal proceedings, or alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
