The Bears significantly improved their franchise by drafting arguably the best player in all of college football being USC quarterback Caleb Williams. The Bears then further contributed to the offensive side of the ball by drafting one of the best wide receivers in all of college football being Washington wide receiver Rome Odunze, and followed that pick by drafting Yale offensive tackle Kiran Amegadjie. The Bears then finished their draft focusing on special teams and defense drafting Iowa punter Tory Taylor and Kansas edge Austin Booker.
