Philadelphia Eagles Fleece the Disastrous Chicago Bears for Star Defensive End Robert Quinn

As per NFL.com, the disastrous Chicago Bears have traded defensive end Robert Quinn to the Philadelphia Eagles for a 2023 fourth-round pick. This was a shrewd impactful move by the Philadelphia Eagles who just secured a proven impact player for pennies on the dollar.

Furthermore, Howie Rosen was able to convince the Chicago Bears to eat the vast majority of Robert Quinn’s salary for the remaining 2022 season. Last season, Robert Quinn had 18.5 sacks for the Chicago Bears. This season, Robert Quinn has only notched 1 sack, but likely will change that trajectory with a competitive Philadelphia Eagles defense. The Chicago Bears’ roster disgracefully lacks talent and impact players, this lackluster roster likely contributed to Robert Quinn’s slow 2022 start.

It will be exciting to see how Robert Quinn improves the Philadelphia Eagles’ defensive front. The Philadelphia Eagles have surprised many NFL fans with their hot start led by Jalen Hurts and company. Philadelphia Eagles General Manager, Howie Rosen, clearly believes his roster has a shot at making a Super Bowl run and this move certainly proves that. It will be exciting to see if the Philadelphia Eagles’ defense can further bolster this hot NFC East team.
