Last season, the TCU Horned Frogs followed up their national championship season with a disappointing 5-7 overall record as they completely fell off a cliff. Thus far, TCU has three incoming transfers and eight outgoing transfers. This upcoming season, TCU will now enter an expanded Big 12 conference with the additions of Utah, Colorado, Arizona, and Arizona State.
