Last season, the UNLV Rebels finished their season with a solid 9-6 overall record as they went 6-2 in the MWC. Thus far, UNLV has four incoming transfers and ten outgoing transfers. UNLV lost some big players in cornerback Ricky Johnson who transferred to Michigan, interior offensive lineman Alani Makihele who transferred to UCLA, and defensive lineman Clay Patterson who transferred to Stanford. However to fill that void left behind, UNLV added impact players in Oregon safety Kodi DeCambra, UCF cornerback Jarvis Ware, and Arkansas cornerback LaDarrius Bishop. UNLV has certainly upgraded their secondary during this cycle of the transfer portal.
