Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup of fresh chili

  • 3-4 minced cloves of garlic

  • 1/3 cup of soy sauce

  • 1 lime (juiced)

  • 1/4 cup of honey

  • 1/3 cup of olive oil

Marinade Instructions:

  1. Place 1 kg (2.2 lbs) of chicken into a zipper marinade bag (big enough for the marinade and 1 kg [2.2 lbs] of chicken).

  2. Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl.

  3. Pour the marinade over the chicken into the zipper marinade bag.

  4. Properly secure the zipper marinade bag and ensure there are no leaks.

  5. Gently move the chicken around the bag so the marinade properly soaks and coats all of the chicken evenly or otherwise as desired.

  6. Place the zipper marinade bag into a properly and safely cooled refrigerator for at least 2 hours before cooking.
