Don Waddell Resigns from Hurricanes & Becomes Blue Jackets' GM
Former Carolina Hurricanes' President and General Manager, Don Waddell, has resigned from both positions. The Hurricanes announced that Eric Tulsky will be named interim General Manager for the time being.

Waddell then signed with the Columbus Blue Jackets to be their President of Hockey Operations, General Manager, and Alternate Governor. Before his GM positions with the Hurricanes and Blue Jackets, Waddell was a scout for the Pittsburgh Penguins and an assistant general manager for the Detroit Red Wings. He also previously played for the Los Angeles Kings. Waddell will now seek to lead the Blue Jackets' franchise in the right direction.
