WR Justin Jefferson Signs Record-Breaking Extension with Minnesota Vikings

The Minnesota Vikings signed star wide receiver Justin Jefferson to a four-year contract extension. The contract extension is worth $140 million, which includes $110 million in guaranteed money. This contract makes Jefferson the highest-paid non-quarterback in NFL history.

Jefferson played his college football days at LSU. In 2019, Jefferson won a college football national championship with LSU. The Vikings drafted Jefferson with the 22nd overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft.

Since entering the league, Jefferson has been a force to be reckoned with. Over the course of his NFL career from 2020 through 2023, Jefferson has earned outstanding PFF grades of 90.4, 90.1, 90.4, and 91.1. The Vikings will continue to benefit from Jefferson's generational talent for a long time now.
