FC Cincinnati’s Matt Miazga Awarded 2023 MLS Defender of the Year
The MLS announced that FC Cincinnati’s center back Matt Miazga has been awarded the MLS Defender of the Year Award.

FC Cincinnati only allowed 28 goals all season when Miazga was playing. He also helped FC Cincinnati get ranked as the fifth best defense in the league. Miazga also plays center back for the U.S. Men’s National Soccer Team (USMNT).
