Jennings was originally drafted 217th overall in the seventh round of the 2020 NFL Draft by the 49er. Before entering the NFL, Jennings played at the University of Tennessee from 2015 to 2019. Re-signing Jennings now provides further depth to an already deep 49ers' wide receiver room.
