The Kansas State Wildcats beat the Kansas Jayhawks 31-27. Kansas State quarterback Will Howard led the way completing 13 of his 24 passes throwing for 165 yards and 2 touchdowns helping Kansas State win the in-state rivalry against Kansas. 

Kansas State running back D.J. Giddens also helped Kansas State by rushing for 102 yards and 1 touchdown on 21 carries. Next week, Kansas State takes on Iowa State and Kansas faces Cincinnati
