Green Bay Packers Release Safety Innis Gaines

After the Green Bay Packers won their waiver claim for former Seattle Seahawk’s cornerback Kyu Blu Kelly, they needed to make room on their roster for the talented cornerback. To fix this roster issue, Green Bay Packers’ General Manager Brian Gutekunst released safety Innis Gaines.

Gaines originally joined the Green Bay Packers on January 8, 2021. During his time in Green Bay, Gaines played in twelves games, including four games this season.
